As many know the financial crisis destroyed many small and big companies. Owning a business nowadays is very risky and nobody knows when this hard situation will end. If ever. My company is not doing well and we had to use some help from banks and we will be paying off some loans for years now. But there was no other way to keep this company going. I hope that we will make it for the best times and the faith and hard work is the only thing that we actually have now. We had to leave behind some plans that we had for this year and our budget needed to be reorganized. Our office was in a desperate need of new office chairs. Maybe it sound silly but we did not change Office chairs for years and we will not do it this year either. We have to save very money possible. Our workers have big problems with old office chairs ass they are pretty used. We have one worker who brought his own chair from home as he did not want to work on his old office chair. This sounds quite drastic but this is our reality. We live in hard times and we all have to save as much as we can. And we also have to support each other and believe that the crisis is about to be over. We really count money and there is small light at the end of the tunnel for us. I just hope that we will survive in those harsh and brutal times for the business.
