What we say:

When we first unpacked the OZ 3 Mid Mallet/Blade putter , we were a little sceptical — the wacky black and green colourway and odd shape takes a little while to get used to. But when you take it for a test drive and hit a few putts, you unearth a very handy little putter.
The technology Nike use makes real sense — a thicker and heavier grip eliminates wristy strokes (by engaging the larger muscles in the body) and a soft, bright green polymer insert inspires confidence and breeds feel.
And the high Moment Of Inertia (MOI) perimeter weighting reduces twisting on impact and increases stability throughout the stroke. But what sets this putter apart from earlier Nike models is the great alignment aids. Two sets of site lines and a silver disc not only make it easier hit accurate putts more often, but ensures that your stroke is solid every time.

We had very good results with the OZ 3 Mid Mallet/Blade putter — the shape and weight combines perfectly and we found it extremely easy to hit solid putts time after time. But what is most impressive is the thick grip (pictured above right).
Nike say that the thick, yet soft grip makes it much easier to square the blade up at impact and, amazingly, this is 100% accurate.
The added weight and volume engages your lats and shoulders and prevents you from using your wrists which translates into a textbook stroke every time. It also helps you build muscle memory and improves your putting with all clubs.
We recommend this putter for the mid-higher handicapper who struggles for confidence on the greens. The green insert will inspire you to middle more putts and the brilliant technology in the club will sort out your stroke.
