The dreaded shanks can catch even the best players off guard (even Ian Poulter does it) — and it is not a pretty sight.
Seeing the ball go hard right straight off the hosel gives an unavoidable sense of anger to even the calmest golfers and, as a result, they find it hard to get rid of them.
These simple steps will dramatically reduce the risk of any sign of a shank and will allow you to get back on the straight and narrow should you be unfortunate enough to encounter them… (more…)
